Akelius Residential Property AB (publ) is a Swedish holding company that owns all residential properties in the Akelius Group through subsidiaries.

The company's main ultimate owner is the charitable Akelius Foundation controlling over 99 percent of the shares and votes through Akelius Apartments Limited.

The company has issued two share types,
A-shares and D-shares.

The D-share was delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm First North 2025-04-07 and is under an ongoing compulsory redemption process.

The Foundation will not contribute to any religious or political campaign.
